I haven't written lately because real life has taken priority, and also because of little internet access.
At the moment, all I can say is summed up by telling you I'm just not doing very well right now.
Sorry this is a lousy post.
Welcome. I live with Schizoaffective Disorder, formerly diagnosed as Schizophrenia. This blog, created in 2005, is about what goes on inside my mind. It is about coping, living, and advocacy. You will find information on what psychosis, delusional thoughts, and suicidality are like, by a person who has had those experiences. Most of all, you will find a story of hope. If you have a mental illness, know you are not alone.

For we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him and who have been called according to His purpose. - Romans 8:28-29. Hold on. It's going to be okay.
Hand in there, Beautiful Mind. We are all pulling for you.
Hi Beautiful Mind
Yes, I still visit to see how you are doing in this roller-coaster life that has many turns, twists, ups and some very big scary downs. Thank you for taking the time to let me know that you are pursuing real life, I was beginning to wonder if you were ok.
So some things are still pulling you down, in that you are presently not doing well amongst struggles that are perhaps beyond description. This is not a nice feeling.
Significant, important and irreplaceable; this is what you are. Keep trying, keep going, and keep smiling.
Best thoughts,

You are so wise and eloquent. I do not believe in mental illness, only in a faulty society that knows not how to nurture those who would offer the greatest insight. Yet you are free to respond to your circumstances with any attitude or feeling. Find the fellowship of sorrow. Feel the brief moment of freedom from torment at sleeps twilight, and pray for eternity. Know that you are worthy and can teach. With so many trying to help, and so few offering love, there is always at least one that will teather you to Earth's mundane triumphs. Hold on tightly and never stop communicating your experiences. I will listen.
